The free website creation mockup is provided at no cost and with no obligation to purchase further services. It is a demonstration of our capabilities and does not constitute a binding deliverable until a paid engagement is agreed upon in writing.

3. Client Responsibilities & Accounts

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting requests or engaging our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to supply timely access to systems, branding assets, and information reasonably required for us to deliver the agreed services, and to respond to our communications in a prompt manner.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use our website or services for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair our operations. Prohibited conduct includes attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with security features, transmitting malicious code, or using our tools to send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable laws.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish and the communications you send through any solutions we build or configure for you.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, branding, software, and materials created by Pro Vision Virtual Aide remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point ownership of final, paid deliverables transfers to the client as agreed in the project scope.

You retain ownership of all content and data you provide to us. You grant us a limited license to use your materials solely for the purpose of delivering the services you have requested.

6. Fees & Payment

Service fees, if any, are described in the proposal or agreement provided to you. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt. We offer transparent pricing with no hidden setup fees.

The free website mockup carries no charge. Any paid services beyond the free mockup require a separate written agreement. Taxes applicable to your jurisdiction, if any, are your responsibility.

7. Warranties & Disclaimer

We strive to deliver high-quality services but provide them on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue increases, search rankings, or conversion rates. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions and how you operate your business.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pro Vision Virtual Aide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of our website or services.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
